Bed and Breakfast "VillaKZ" is a family hotel set in a prestigious and elegant villa of recent construction located in Veio-Park, a protected territory in the north part of Rome. The area was the southern border of the ancient state of Etruria, which existed prior to the Roman Empire.

The owners of the Villa, Sergio and Nina, speak Italian, English, Russian, French, Portuguese.

VillaKZ is located within 25 minutes from the Airport Fiumicino, the historical centre of Rome, the Fregene beach and Braciano lake. From La Giustiniana station (2 km from VillaKZ) it is possible to get directly the Vatican within 20 min.

The villa surrounded by a 2000 sq.m. garden and consists of 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and tastefully furnished. Our guests have access to 3 living rooms, TV, internet, Wi-Fi, gym, 2 laundries, a covered patio, a large terrace, an open swimming pool, a barbeque, a big gazebo, protected parking places and a shuttle bus to/ from La Giustiniana station.

You will find family comfort and peace and quiet not far from the centre of the Eternal City. The age-old trees of Veio-park and open swimming pool will help you to relax. Italian food and excellent Italian wine will help you to recover your strength.
